QiQi advocates for the idea that health can be attained at any size and that there’s no universal approach to diet and exercise. Through her work, she combats toxic diet culture and breaks down negative body stereotypes, educating people on how to find their own unique paths to health and fitness. Last year, she graced the cover of Women’s Health Magazine, having been recognized as one of the six forces of fitness.
Here is everything you need to know about her:

QiQi pursued a criminal justice degree at Monmouth and had a dream of landing a steady corporate job. After graduation, she realized her dream by working was a risk manager at a bank.

At first, QiQi hesitated to post her workouts believing that no one would follow her if she don’t achieve her own aesthetic goals first. Later, she realized that she was never skinny even when she was in the best shape of her life and recognized the profound absence of representation for bigger bodies.
She told Women’s Health:
“The reason I thought people wouldn’t like me was the reason they gravitated toward me. I didn’t look like everyone else.”
In 2017, QiQi Hill launched social media accounts and began sharing her workouts under her nickname “QiQi. Over the following years, she realized that her unique appearance and identity connected deeply with her audience. So, instead of focusing to achieve a specific physique, QiQi started promoting body positivity and the joy of movement.
